There’s no pressure, no sales pitch, and no obligation. How do you get paid?

For business sales, we are typically compensated through a commission that is paid by the seller at closing. This means there is no upfront cost for sellers, and we only earn when the deal successfully closes. For clients outside our direct service region, we may refer you to a trusted partner—such as another broker, lender, or attorney—and in those cases, we may receive a referral fee. These fees never increase your cost; you pay the same rate regardless of whether a referral is involved.

Do you offer business valuations?

Yes. We offer valuation guidance to help you understand what your business is likely worth in today’s market. During a valuation, we review your financials, cash flow, assets, competition, and industry trends. For owners who need a formal valuation—for example, for legal matters or financing—we can connect you with certified valuation professionals who specialize in comprehensive reports. If you’re located in a state where we cannot directly facilitate the transaction, or if your deal requires a different expertise, we will refer you to a trusted partner in our nationwide network. You will still get guidance and support from us, and the partner we connect you with will take over the transaction. We may receive a referral fee when the deal closes, but this does not affect your cost. Our priority is simply to get you the right help.
